Guidelines


Below is a simple list of rules to enable you to get the most out of your JML Fitness Experience…


COMMIT TO THE CONFIDENCE PROJECT

- You get out what you put in!


DON’T BE AFRAID TO ASK FOR HELP

- I’m here to help and so is everyone in the group.


SHARE YOUR WINS & BLOW YOUR OWN TRUMPET

- Don’t be afraid to share your success! It inspires others.


SUPPORT EACH OTHER AND THE COMMUNITY

- This is a community of like-minded people that get better TOGETHER!


DON’T BE AN OSTRICH

- If you’re feeling overwhelmed don’t bury your head in the sand, tell us what you’re struggling with and we’ll point you in the right direction.


JOIN IN WITH THE WORKOUTS OR START A PLAN

- Schedule the workouts you plan to do at the start of the week, this way you are more likely to stick to them. Remember... they are all recorded for you to do in your own time.


BE PATIENT AND PERSISTENT

- There are no overnight success stories. Be patient and persistent and the success will eventually come, trust me!


 

Terms & Conditions


1. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a JML Fitness plan


2. As a member, you will be granted access to the JML Fitness App via the Fit by Wix software.


3. Upon purchasing your JML Fitness plan, you will firstly be asked to read and agree to our terms and conditions. Before completing an initial consultation form and health waiver. This MUST be completed prior to you partaking in any online workouts or exercise prescribed by JML Fitness


4. Based on the information you provide, JML Fitness will only offer their advice on your daily calorie requirements as well as nutritional advice they are qualified and insured to give out.


Thus JML Fitness will not be responsible for the foods you choose to consume.


5. Any behaviour towards JML Fitness employees or other members that is deemed inappropriate, threatening or insulting may result in the cancellation of your membership without a refund.


6. All JML Fitness plans are for the individual who purchases the subscription only and is not to be shared.


 

Membership Fees


  • Upon subscribing to a JML Fitness monthly package, you will pay an initial payment from a debit or credit card which will cover your membership subscription for 1 month


  • After the initial 1 month period, your debit or credit card will be charged again


  • This will continue on a 1 month rolling period unless you request to cancel your membership subscription


  • You can request to stop your monthly subscription at anytime via your profile on the JML Fitness App (Home > My Plans > ... > cancel subscription)
